10. Ring of Fire + Chitty Chitty Bang Bang = ??? • 5/4/20

That time Grace mashed up Ring of Fire with Chitty Chitty Bang Bang (for the first time in human history)

Thank you Grace Potter for showing us that yes, ‘Ring of Fire’ absolutely CAN be mashed up with ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’ after enough Rosé on a Monday evening in Topanga, CA. This truth was realized along with a beautiful rendition of ‘When Doves Cry’ and a memorizing version of Wild Horses. Keep those tunes coming, we’ll keep that light goin for ya.”

9. Mother’s Day M.I.L.F. • 5/11/20

That time Grace dedicated the Twilight Livestream to Mothers everywhere on Mother’s day and added “M.I.L.F.” to Paris.

Another Grace Potter Twilight Hour in the books! This week was a wild tribute to "Mama Songs!" Grace shared some wonderful moments Sagan and Eric pre-stream and busted out some amazing tunes for the show. "True Fine Mama" by Little Richard, "Mama Told Me Not To Come" by Three Dog Night and "Tell Mama" by Etta James (Janis Joplin version) were just a few of the incredible covers supplied by Grace Potter and her Topanga crew this evening. She also played "Big White Gate" and a version of "Paris" with some "M.I.L.F." lyrics swapped in to set the proper tone.”

8. Love is Love • 6/15/20

That time Grace and Eric told the story of how they met and their incredible journey together.

“This evening's Twilight Hour revisited Grace's incredible new album 'Daylight'! Grace and her husband Eric Valentine regaled the audience with the stories of how they met, interwoven with their collaboration on the albums 'Midnight' and 'Daylight' These satires also included some excellent life advice.... "If you ever find yourself in a fight... GET NAKED!" "Love Is Love" kicked things off followed by a stunning version of "Back To Me" on piano. "Shout It Out" was next along with "Repossession" with Eric on acoustic guitar. "Everyday Love" "Desire" and "Release" rounded out the set before Grace and Eric shared a story about the psychedelic inspiration behind the final song on the album "Daylight" There was also a very very special encore...catch the livestream rerun to see what happens. :) Thank you to Grace and Eric for sharing so much of your souls this evening. It's good to know everyone is human. Sharing our experiences truly makes us all feel closer and the world seem a less crazy, especially when we're all facing such a wild and unprecedented time.”

7. Donkey O’Clocks • 5/18/20

That time Grace asked viewers for drink ideas and everyone got a little sloppy celebrating “Donkey O’Clock”

(recipe is below just incase)

“Donkey O'clock was celebrated with the adoption of the Donkey O’Clock Moscow Mule featured at the beginning of the livestream, (a little hair of the Donkey that kicked her). The times started rolling with 'Tiny Light' and Grace's new collaborative song 'Eachother' which will be released this Friday, featuring Marcus King, Jackson Browne, Lucius, and more! :) The night also brought 'Dead Flowers' by the Rolling Stones and a duet with Michael McDonald "Someday We'll Be Together." Grace also rocked out to songs from the incredible Mavis Staples and played tracks from her most recent album, 'Daylight', capping things off with 'Cortez The Killer'. It was another excellent evening of music and the perfect way to wind down on a quarantined ‪Monday evening.”

6. JOY BIRTH! • 6/8/20

That time Grace, Eric, and Alex brought us all together and helped the audience deliver a “Joy Baby”

“On this week's twilight hour, songs of togetherness and sage filled the air as the sun set over Laurel Canyon. Grace Potter, husband Eric, and Front Of House sound man, Alex became our collective midwives, supplying soothing vibes during what Grace officially dubbed as our "Joy Birth"! The evening kicked off with ‘What The World Needs Now’ followed by ‘Come Together’ from The Beatles, ‘Get Together’ by The Youngbloods, and ‘One Love’ by Bob Marley. U2's ‘Pride’ kept things rolling before Grace played her most recent song, ‘Eachother.’ We received a brief rendition of ‘So Happy Together’ before closing out the evening with ‘The Divide’ and ‘Something In the Air.’ As always, thank you to Grace and the Twilights for an incredible evening of music. Things will continue to get better each and every day with the healing power of music. "What a beautiful Joy Baby"

5. The Potter Family • 7/13/20

That time Grace introduced everyone to her family and shared stories from her past.

“Twilight Hour-Vermont Edition take-two was a success! Grace shared some wonderful moments from her past and provided some insight into her life and early music. We were also treated with a visit from Grace's brother Lee, and her parents, Sparky and Peggy. The evening kicked off with "At Your Request" followed by "Deliverance Road" - one of the best tunes I've ever heard. "Somebody Fix Me" followed next and that led into a brief but beautiful rendition of "Somewhere Out There". Grace wrapped up the evening with "Till The Morning Comes Around" and an emotional rendition of "Letter To My Children" - another beautiful song, then capped off the evening with "Crazy Parade" Thank you to the entire Potter family for a glimpse into your wonderful world.”

4. Pussy Eater Special • 7/20/20

That time Grace and Benny strolled down memory lane and showed us a few new mask concepts…

“Tonight, Grace Potter's Twilight hour featured the incredible guitar master blaster, nocturnal, midnight, daylight, and now twilight - Benny Yurco. Grace and Benny strolled down memory lane playing some of their favorite tunes together. The fuse was lit with "Sweet Hands" and "That Phone" before drifting into "Roulette" and an epic version of "Low Road". Everyone broke out their cowboy boots with a “deep-fried chicken” version of "Ah Mary" before "Can't See Through". Grace also provided a very important PSA regarding proper mask wearing, debuting her "Pussy Eater Special" - just incase you can't get your hands on a real mask, grab some panties for an 8 layered protection approach. - "Please" from Grace's new album "Daylight" was up next and a very beautiful rendition of "One Heart Missing" They teased the crowd with "Loneliest Soul" and capped off the evening with "The Lion the Beast the Beat" - As a long time fan, its always so awesome to witness how Benny and Grace play off one another. Playing music with one another for well over a decade just elevates everything to such a stellar level. Benny's energy and musicianship shine through and every time they play together and his impact on their musical journey becomes more and more evident. ::Cheers:: to "The longest prom date ever”

3. Its Grace’s World, Grace’s World - Party Time, EXCELLENT! • 5/25/20

That time Grace payed tribute to Wayne’s World….and pissed off Cassandra…

“We’re not worthy!! We’re not worthy!!!” This very special Memorial Day Twilight hour was an EXCELLENT tribute to Wayne’s World! Grace kicked things off with “Stars” as a tribute to all of the lives given to preserve our freedom in America. “Dreamweaver” followed as the Twilights crew had a cruller and a red vine in preparation to travel to The Gasworks to check out Crucial Taunt! Next up, Grace played a version of “Foxy Lady” that just about melted the internet right before Tia Carrere, (Cassandra) Zoom called Grace to inform her she was being a bit too loud and upsetting the Donkey! The team wished a very happy birthday to Mike Myers (Wayne) before rolling into an acoustic mash-up featuring “Ah Mary”, “Medicine” and “Turntable”. Ballroom Blitz followed and the group capped off the evening with a head-banging rendition of Bohemian Rhapsody. Thank You to Grace and The Twilights for making this Memorial Day even more special with your amazing tribute to Wayne’s World.”

2. Equal Justice • 6/1/20

That time Grace stood up for Equal Justice.

“This week’s livestream and provided a much needed pause from the insanity surrounding all of us as of late. Compassion, Healing and Peace set the tone for this incredible evening of music. I usually write some silly things along with these livestream captures but I think tonight I’ll let the setlist and the message speak for themselves. I will say however, that this evening’s setlist had of some of my all-time favorite songs, not to mention, the most beautiful cover of any Pink Floyd song I’ve ever heard. On The Turning Away was absolutely soul-jarring and brilliant. Much love to everyone. Stay safe, hug the people you love, and make each day shine brighter than the last. Setlist: Blowing In The Wind, Ain’t No Time, Apologies, On The Turning Away, Colors, Empty Heart, Low Road, Bridge Over Troubled Water”

1. To Boldly Go Where No Livestream Has Gone Before • 8/3/20

That time Grace shot her livestream from the deck of the Starship – fucking – Enterprise.

Tonight's Twilight Hour went where no livestream has gone before - Live from Ticonderoga, NY at the Star Trek Studio Set Tour Experience! Grace Blasted off with The Kinks and "Supersonic Rocket Ship" followed by "When You Wish Upon A Star". The Enterprise set a lunar course with a masterful duet by Grace and Benny playing "Fly Me To The Moon" before drifting into Elton John's "Rocket Man" Space Potter took a tour through the halls of The Enterprise with the crew before playing her original song "Eachother". Grace and the Twilights hit warp ten with "Space Cowboy" before capping off the evening with a beautifully appropriate rendition of "Stars" Thank you to the incredible team at the Star Trek Studio Set Tour Experience for helping to make this amazing event possible. As both a Sci-fi geek and a Grace fan, it was truly awesome to see both worlds collide for this event. Stay Safe out there everyone, Much Love. "Live Long & Prosper."

Huge congratulations to Grace on her 2 Grammy Nominations for Best Rock Album - “Daylight” and Best Rock Performance - “Daylight”. These nominations were earned on a multitude of levels encompassing the amazing music produced by Grace, The Daylights, Eric and their wonderful support crew - and also their drive and passion to bring fans hope through music during these difficult times. Whether it was mixing up Donkey O’Clocks and get’n rowdy during Twilight Hour or creating the first “Honk-a-long” to ‘Supersonic Rocketship’ at the drive-in. It’s pretty evident how much thought and care has gone into bringing people the music they cherish exactly when they needed most. In all this darkness, a little Daylight has certainly gone a long way. Much love GP fam! Can’t wait to see everyone again in 2021!
