It was a cold, rainy Friday night down at the Wharf in Washington DC. However, that did NOT stop the party at Pearl Street Warehouse with Black Masala and Hayley Jane.
At 8:05pm Hayley Jane took the stage and lit the fuse on an amazing evening of music. Within the first few minutes of the set, Hayley had already captivated the audience with her powerful vocals and magnetic stage presence.
She featured a brand-new band along with a variety new music. The combination of Hayley’s emotive storytelling and her band’s mellow rhythms always seems to create a wonderfully unique musical atmosphere. The crowd was instantly hooked and cheering for more after her set was over.
Hayley Jane continues her tour through March 30th including performances by Yes Darling w/ Ryan Montbleau. For more information please visit the links below!

Next up, the energic brass-fueled ensemble Black Masala lit up the stage and turned Pearl Street upside down. The room boomed with funky sousaphone beats blended with rhythmic horns and harmonic vocals. Black Masala had the entire room literally jumping within minutes.
A veteran band of Pearl Street Warehouse, Black Masala played many crowd favorites to both new and familiar faces. You could feel how tightly knit the audience was, something that is synonymous with the local DMV music scene.
